Back on the Bandwagon
So I’ve planned to run a few races this spring. I’ve been training for about a week—my long run this weekend (4 miles, don’t get excited) was great, but my 3 miler today? It was awful! Why? Maybe it was that I haven’t had a rest day in a while (oops) or maybe (and more likely) it’s because all of the sudden Girl Scout Cookies appeared. And I couldn’t stop eating them.
